Vaccinations

Vaccines have been proven to help prevent some diseases; however, others oppose this idea, saying that vaccines cause more harm than good.

Vaccines are a controversial topic, and we discuss what we believe as a campaign will benefit everyone.

Below, we discuss our view on vaccinations.

Vaccinations

Vaccines have been a raging controversial topic over the last few decades. Due to deadly diseases that can be caught by animals, rusty nails, or even a viral flu, vaccinations have been created in order to slow the chances of one catching a disease. Vaccinations are a controversial topic because some believe that vaccines are the only way to stop a disease and they should be required. Others believe that vaccines do not have to be required and that vaccinations cause more harm than good due to studies that claim that vaccinations have led to birth defects, autism, and paralysis. Our campaign believes that some vaccines can be beneficial; however, we do not believe in requiring vaccines for everyone because we take into consideration the different beliefs of everyone else. Connor Van Huisen believes that vaccines will benefit people in some aspects, but if their beliefs are against the vaccination, they should not be mandated to be vaccinated because that would violate their personal freedom. We endorse the creation of different vaccines that can help prevent tetanus or rabies, yet we do not believe that vaccines are the only solution for other issues like the flu. Overall, our campaign believes in freedom for the American citizens to be able to choose whether they would like to be vaccinated or not.
